An period of free updates and support model covers access to any relevant support and software updates. The period of free updates and support gives you free product upgrades and free technical support during period beginning with the date of purchase.
By default we are provide commercial licenses with 1,2 or 3 years of updates and support (commencing from the date of purchase). Information about your existing license is available in the Help -> Registration dialog within the application. If this information is not up to date, then you may need to enter you license key again in the Help -> Registration dialog to refresh it.
You can continue to use program after the “free updates and support” period expires but any next application update start to working in the trial mode. In that situation you have two options:
- renew your license
- download and install the latest version released while your license was still valid (contact us to find the location of the old versions)
